Technical Support Representative - Keeping us Up and Running

Full time Position Available in Gilford NH.

Work directly with the IT Manager to provide support to users by researching and answering questions,
troubleshooting problems, maintaining PC’s, Thin Clients, servers, internet connects, firewalls and LAN performance.

Requirements: Help Desk experience is required.
Must have Knowledge of LAN, Operating Systems, System Administration, and Firewalls.
A sense of urgency, attention to detail and reliability are key to succeeding in this role.
